Chasing monsters! A local spearfishing tale!

This is a video of a kickstarter project about spearfishing. I'm not sure what I think about the sport of spearfishing, but this clip contains some fascinating footage where a guy spears a medium-sized fish and a gigantic one suddenly appears to steal it away.

Foamy ocean

Lots and lots of foam in the waves. As a kid, I was grossed out when the ocean got too foamy. Wikipedia says that it is "created by the agitation of seawater, particularly when it contains higher concentrations of dissolved organic matter (including proteins, lignins, and lipids) derived from sources such as the offshore breakdown of algal blooms." So yeah, ick.
